The District would like to inform you that certain
requirements must be met should you be offered a position with the Eureka Union
School District.
1. District Office personnel will make copies of your original, valid
driver's license and original social security card.
2. A current T.B. test is mandatory.
3. Fingerprints and background investigation are mandatory for every new
employee of the District. The fingerprints are taken at a Live Scan
Fingerprinting Station. The costs for the Live Scan Fingerprinting are
$10.00-$12.00 depending on which station you choose. In addition, there is
a processing fee by the Department of Justice. The cost for this fee is
$56.00. As the Department of Justice bills us for this fee, you may opt to
have this fee deducted from your first paycheck or you may make a check payable
to the Eureka Union School District prior to being sent for Live Scan
Fingerprinting.
These items are subject to change and the Eureka Union School
District reserves the right to add additional requirements, as they become
necessary.
