Welcome to a new and exciting year at Maidu School where children come first!  We believe that every child can learn and we have high expectations that are reasonable and consistent.  We are proud of our school, the education it offers the students and the community which it serves.

As part of the community that supports Maidu School, I would like to extend a personal invitation to each parent to become involved in the many activities that will be occurring during the school year.  Volunteering in the classroom, participating in the Parent Teacher Club (PTC), and becoming a member of a school committee are just a few of the ways that you can show your child that school is important and become part of the daily activities on campus.

As we begin the school year, I look forward to working with each family as we continue to create a community that supports Maidu school and its students.
