Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Update - February, 2015
We are pleased to report that our District (Grades TK-8) Stakeholder Input Meeting on February 5 th was extremely successful and productive. Priorities were developed by team members including TK-8 grade Parent, Classified, Certificated and Administrative representatives, representatives from bargaining groups and Board Budget Sub-Committee Members, Mrs. Nash and Mrs. Scribner. At the February 10 th meeting of the Board of Trustees, a report was provided which included a review of progress to date toward LCAP goals, actions and services and a preliminary review and discussion of the "Priorities" that were established by the District team. The materials that were reviewed and evaluated by all groups were included in the Board Packet for the February 10 th meeting. Please visit the following link for detailed information.
The Eureka Leadership Team will consider the input from each of our stakeholder teams as we develop the draft LCAP document for further review this Spring. Invitations to engage our stakeholders to review the draft document and to provide input, consultation and review have been sent. Each session has been scheduled as follows and will take place in the Board Room at the District Office on Wednesday, April 29:

The Board of Trustees will hold a Preliminary Public Hearing regarding the LCAP at the meeting on Tuesday, May 5 at 7:00pm. We look forward to your input and participation in this new process.
This ongoing process of engaging our community with the development of our goals for our students - continuing to enhance the outstanding educational opportunities for each and every student is essential and valued. We embrace the concept of "Every Student - Every School - Every Day" as we continue to revise and enhance our LCAP.
