Registration

Welcome to our online enrollment and registration process. To assure the process is as seamless as possible, first determine your school of residency by finding your address HERE. Then be informed of the required documentations by clicking on the Registration Documents link below.

 

To register a student for the first time in the Eureka Union School District or for those wishing to re-enroll after 1 month or more, please click on the applicable school year below to access the appropriate year's online registration form. For re-enrollments after less than a month, please contact your requested school directly.

 

To renew or apply for a new transfer agreement to assure desired placement, please click on the Continued Enrollment link below.

 
New and returning families are requested annually to review and update required documents such as information to be used in case of emergencies, annual agreements, etc.  Families will receive an email from PowerSchool Enrollment which will provide directions and credentials that will allow access to the private parent portal to complete the Annual Student Information Update.. Here is a LINK to the application. We ask that you attach documentation as proof for your reason for the transfer(s).  Examples of documentation are:  attendance records from your student's school, a letter from your employer or childcare provider, etc.  NOTE: Failure to submit all of the required documents will result in the denial of your interdistrict transfer.
