The district designates the individual(s) identified below as the employee(s) responsible for coordinating the district's response to complaints and for complying with state and federal civil rights laws. The individual(s) also serve as the compliance officer(s) specified in AR BP 5145.3 - Nondiscrimination/Harassment as the responsible employee to handle complaints regarding sex discrimination as the Title IX Coordinator. The individual(s) shall receive and coordinate the investigation of complaints and shall ensure district compliance with law.
