The Facilities, Maintenance and Operations Department supports student success by creating and maintaining superior educational facilities that enable positive teaching in a safe learning environment.  Services begin with ongoing assessment of  the condition of facilities and  prioritization of  needed repairs, deficiencies, and improvements. Continued refinement of routine custodial and maintenance processes maximizes valuable public resources, accommodates changing learning environments and supports environmental sustainability.

EUSD understands that our local students, parents and community members are vested in maintaining quality facilities that are representative of the high standards of the surrounding community neighborhoods.  Local individuals can also be helpful in preventing or identifying potential damage to our facilities caused by vandalism or theft.  EUSD uses the WE TIP program which can provide local law enforcement with important information through anonymous sources.
