Welcome to the Eureka Union School District Art Docent Site for Grades K-6. The Art Docent program Is a visual arts program designed to allow children more opportunities to explore their talents through educational art lessons and creative art projects in the classroom environment.  It is fully funded by the EUSD School PTC's and run by volunteers (usually parents) called Art Docents, who present a portfolio of artwork to a classroom of children and then conduct a discussion about the artwork.  The discussion will focus on questions, games, comments and other activities which may include hands on art lessons.
